Grayson Drum is a singer songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Belmont, NC. Specializing in Fiddle, Mandolin, Banjo, Bass, Guitar, and Vocals. His sound leans towards Bluegrass and country with a with an emphasis on lyrically driven songs. While a young musician Grayson studied mandolin in the studio of Gaston County native Darin Aldridge. And, also studied in the studio of the great fiddle masters Bobby Hicks and Deannie Richardson.

Grayson Drum holds a degree in Music from Gardner Webb University. Where he was part founder of the ongoing Gardner Webb Old Time Music ensemble. But his introduction to live performance was had with the classic Roustabouts bluegrass band. Playing Fiddle in this group as a replacement for the Charlotte, Violin maker and Fiddler John Sipe. He has also played in Bluegrass and Country Bands with U.S. Navy Bluegrass Band leader Wayne Taylor.

Grayson set out on Christmas Day of last year to complete a solo record. The name of the record is “Love to all people Thru Sonic Empathy Drum Songs”. It includes all songs written by Grayson Drum. Grayson performed most of the instrumentation on all of the songs.
