What Is The Blend?

The Blend - featuring Cliff & MichaelWe call it The Blend.  To others, they may know it as Triple A - a popular music format being broadcast in unique variations on radio stations across the country.

Triple A stands for "Adult Album Alternative". Some call it freeform; others progressive or eclectic. However it’s labeled, it’s a great mix of music.

Cliff Anderson &

Michael Hartge

The type of Triple A you’ll hear on WSGE is made up of mostly new music including folk, singer/songwriter, alternative rock, blues and local and regional acts. You’ll also hear those classics you know and love. In addition to playing the hit single from a new album, our DJs dig deeper and play other great songs from your favorite artists.

This is radio at its finest. We hope you enjoy listening to WSGE’s take on the Triple A format on The Blend (Monday-Friday 6 a.m. – 6 p.m.) as much as we enjoy playing it for you.

Live In-Studio Performance featuring Delta Moon (7/18)

Delta MoonDelta Moon continue to prove themselves as one of the very best of the newer Southern bands. Tight musical rrangements, heavy on slide guitar, well written songs and a whiskey soaked lead vocal from Tom Gray all add up to major success.

Delta Moon is one fine band. - Gritz Magazine

Join Rockin' Dallas Kincaid, as he interviews the members of Delta Moon on Friday, July 18 @ 4:30 p.m. They will be playing that night at the Double Door Inn in Charlotte.
